Easy Pork and Pasta Recipe
Trim the fat, cube the pork, add to a skillet thats warmed on low heat with one tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the Golden Mushroom soup (both cans) with 2 cans of water

Finished product in the skillet

Dinner is served!


Pork & Pasta

1-2 lbs. boneless pork chops, cubed
12 oz pkg pasta (Bowtie,penne, or wide egg noodles) cooked according to package directions and drained
1 clove fresh garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
2 tsp olive oil

Sauté cubed pork, pepper and garlic in olive oil in large skillet until meat is golden brown. Stir frequently. Add the two cans of soup plus one can of water in each can. Use spatula to scrape the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir in the cooked pasta and blend thoroughly. Remove from heat.
If pasta seems too dry, reheat and add a little water.
